Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fit-Connects, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Fit-Connects for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Community Guidelines

Fit-Connects is committed to maintaining a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
Use of offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
Posting content that demeans, belittles, or puts down other users
Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
Impersonating other users or providing false information

Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy

Fit-Connects has zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation
Body shaming or fitness level discrimination
Persistent unwanted contact or communication
Sharing personal information without consent
Creating a hostile environment for other users

We encourage all users to report any instances of bullying or harassment immediately. Reports can be made through our in-app reporting system or by contacting our support team.

Account Termination Policy

Important Notice: If a user is determined to be engaging in bullying behavior, using language to put others down, or violating our community guidelines in any way that creates a negative environment for other users, their account will be immediately terminated without warning.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

Bullying, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users
Use of derogatory, offensive, or discriminatory language
Repeated violations of community guidelines
Behavior that undermines the positive community atmosphere

Terminated users forfeit all account privileges and may be permanently banned from creating new accounts on our platform.

Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the content they post. Content must be appropriate, respectful, and relevant to fitness and wellness.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using our platform or following fitness advice shared by users.

Fit-Connects provides general fitness information and educational content only. The Services, including workout programs, training materials, recommendations, and related content, are not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
